Tree Sales

Tree Sales for 2018 begins January 3rd.

The TSWCD offers a variety of tree seedlings for purchase beginning January of each year. Orders can be dropped off or mailed to the office along with payment. Please print a copy of the order form. Any questions please call the office.

Tree Sale Pick-Up will be at the NJC.

Conifer -
  Blue Spruce

Bluish foliage. Prefers moist, acidic soils. Grows best in full to partial sun. Grows to height of 50 feet.

  •   White Pine -

    Native five needle pine. Used as Christmas trees, windbreaks, and wildlife habitat. Fast growing and transplants in wide range of soils.

  •   Norway Spruce

    Very fast growth, 80 to 100 feet. Extremely hardy and wind resistant. Full to partial sun.

  •   Fraser Fir

    Among the most elegant of conifers. Slow growth rate. Needs good drainage. Shiny green, one-inch needles which are lighter on the underside. Delightful fragrance. Excellent Christmas tree.

      White Oak - SOLD OUT

    Slow to medium growth rate. Good fall color and excellent acorn production. Grows to 80ft.

  • Backyard Wildlife -
      Hazelnut - SOLD OUT

    Up to ten-foot shrub. Flowers April-May. Edible nuts appear July-September. In addition to humans, squirrel, chipmunks, jays, deer, grouse, quail, and pheasant also like these nuts.

  •   Silky Dogwood - SOLD OUT

    Purple spreading branches. Leaves are dark green on top and silky gray underneath. Height up to 10 feet. Small, white flowers, June-July. Wildlife enjoy the fruit. Native specie with pretty fall color.
